Based on a diagnosis of your individual breathing status, we design a personalized 5-week plan that will teach your body to breathe efficiently.
You will have your own improved respiration training system with the integration of 15 breathing protocols that focus on 4 specific principles:
- Automate nasal breathing
- Feel the diaphragm
- Increase CO2 tolerance
- Control exhalation
At the end of the 5 weeks, your breathing muscles will be strengthened, your CO2 tolerance will be increased, you will have trained your body to subconsciously maintain your resting breathing rate below 10 breaths per minute, your heart rate will decrease by 10%, and you will have high heart rate variability.
You will have incorporated into your life the 5 attributes of an individual with improved breathing:
1.Good health (i.e., feeling good),
2.High physical performance (i.e., looking good),
3.Mental Readiness,
4.Persuasive leadership, and 5. clarity in decision-making.
You will also have adapted your body to function like a high-speed metabolic machine.
